Leaves 3-foliolate; leaflets (1)1.6–3.8 × (0.5)0.8–1.8 cm, obovate-rhombic or oblanceolate, apiculate, subdensely appressed puberulous and prominently veined beneath; petioles 5–12 mm long; stipules 3–8 mm long, subulate to linear-lanceolate.
