Note
Zollernia cowanii is characterised by having racemes longer than those of most other species of the genus. Z. magnifica also has long racemes but Z. cowanii differs in its fasciculate, terminal and incurved (vs. solitary, axillary, and straight) racemes, oval buds with an acute (vs. obtuse) base, and smaller ovaries.
